VIP Coach / Business Trainer (iGaming)
We are looking for a strong Coach / Business Trainer to join our VIP department and help take communication quality, service standards, and team performance to the next level.
This role is perfect for someone who does more than just conduct training sessions. We are looking for a professional who can genuinely strengthen the team, build effective development systems, and improve the overall quality of VIP client interactions.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Assess the current skills and growth areas of the VIP team
• Build and improve employee training and onboarding systems
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and 1:1 coaching meetings
• Develop scripts, guides, and communication standards
• Improve communication quality with VIP / Platinum players
• Help shape a premium customer journey
• Analyze real cases and improve team performance
• Provide regular feedback and support employee development
• Implement best practices and premium service standards
✅ Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a Coach / Business Trainer
• Proven experience building training systems and programs from scratch
• Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
• Understanding of premium service, sales, and retention approaches
• Experience training client-facing teams
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Structured mindset, leadership qualities, and strong independence
• Fluent Russian is mandatory
• Experience in iGaming, VIP, Retention, or Luxury Services will be a plus
