We are looking for a strong Performance Driver to join our VIP Department and directly influence team motivation, performance, operational tempo, and daily results.

About the Role

As a VIP Sales Performance Manager, you will work closely with VIP teams and play a key role in maintaining high energy levels, strong engagement, and outstanding performance across the department.
 

Your mission will be to create and sustain an environment where teams consistently achieve and exceed targets while maintaining a strong performance culture.
 

Responsibilities

โ€ข Drive and maintain high team energy and performance
โ€ข Monitor team activity, KPIs, and daily efficiency
โ€ข Develop motivation systems, competitions, challenges, and incentive mechanics
โ€ข Increase team engagement and maintain operational tempo
โ€ข Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
โ€ข Work closely with Team Leads, VIP teams, Retention, and Marketing departments
โ€ข Improve productivity, discipline, and overall performance culture
โ€ข Support onboarding and adaptation of new team members
โ€ข Analyze team performance and identify opportunities for improvement
โ€ข Maintain a strong results-oriented environment
 

Requirements

โ€ข 3+ years of experience in Sales, Retention, VIP Management, Performance Management, or other performance-driven environments
โ€ข Experience in iGaming, Betting, Forex, Crypto, Fintech, or similar industries will be considered a strong advantage
โ€ข Experience working with high-performance or target-oriented teams
โ€ข Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills
โ€ข Solid understanding of KPIs, team dynamics, and performance management principles
โ€ข Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
โ€ข Strong energy, initiative, accountability, and ownership mindset
โ€ข Fluent Ukrainian and Russian communication skills
โ€ข English proficiency (B1+) will be considered an advantage
