Open PositionsRole A: Product Manager — Ecosystem Integrations & Onboarding

In this role, you will own the critical “first mile” of the customer journey. You will be responsible for the seamless integration of our platform into the client’s existing HR and IT stacks.

  • The Mission: Architect a self-service onboarding experience that minimizes time-to-value.
  • Key Focus: Lead the roadmap for HRIS integrations (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and the broader automation suite that drives automated asset replenishment and data synchronization.
  • Impact: You will directly influence how efficiently global enterprises scale their internal operations through our infrastructure.

Role B: Product Manager — Financial Infrastructure & Support Automation

This is a high-impact, greenfield opportunity to build the foundational layers of the platform’s financial and support logic from the ground up.

  • The Mission: Design and execute the vision for a robust, end-to-end billing and invoicing stack capable of handling complex international financial operations.
  • Key Focus: Beyond fintech, you will lead the charge in automating customer support systems, leveraging tools like Zendesk and advanced automation platforms to ensure quality remains high as the company scales.
  • Impact: You will solve complex cross-functional problems at the intersection of finance, technology, and customer success.

What You Bring to the Table

Regardless of the specific track, we are looking for high-ownership operators who thrive in “building from scratch” environments.

  • Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS or platform-heavy ecosystems in 2+ different companies.
  • Technical Literacy: A deep understanding of APIs and integrations (for Role A) or financial systems and billing logic (for Role B).
  • Analytical Mindset: A data-first approach to decision-making, with the ability to define, track, and own KPIs that move the needle.
  • Bias for Action: You are a “ship-first” strategist who can navigate the trade-offs between speed and scalability.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams of engineers and operational specialists without direct authority.
  • Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to navigate the space between high-level business strategy and deep-dive technical specs. You are equally comfortable presenting a roadmap to stakeholders, debating logic with engineers, or extracting pain points from a non-technical user.
