What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for building and executing lead generation strategies that bring new business opportunities to the company. Working closely with the sales and management team, you'll identify potential clients, initiate contact, nurture relationships, and help fill the pipeline with quality leads. You'll be representing a team that delivers web applications, mobile apps, and AI-powered solutions - so understanding the IT services market will be a real advantage.
What we're looking for
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development in the IT industry
- Hands-on experience with outreach platforms and tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Apollo, Hunter.io, or similar)
- Ability to craft personalized, compelling outreach messages that get responses
- Experience building and managing prospect lists and outreach sequences
Communication & Sales
- Strong written English - you'll be communicating with international clients daily
- Ability to identify client needs and clearly articulate the company's value proposition
- Experience qualifying leads and handing them off to the sales or account management team
- Comfortable with follow-ups and managing long outreach cycles without losing momentum
General
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work with measurable KPIs
- Organized, with experience managing outreach pipelines in CRM tools
- Proactive mindset - you don't wait for leads to come to you
