What we're looking for

Lead Generation & Outreach

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development in the IT industry
• Hands-on experience with outreach platforms and tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Apollo, Hunter.io, or similar)
• Ability to craft personalized, compelling outreach messages that get responses
• Experience building and managing prospect lists and outreach sequences

Communication & Sales

• Strong written English - you'll be communicating with international clients daily
• Ability to identify client needs and clearly articulate the company's value proposition
• Experience qualifying leads and handing them off to the sales or account management team
• Comfortable with follow-ups and managing long outreach cycles without losing momentum

General

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work with measurable KPIs
• Organized, with experience managing outreach pipelines in CRM tools

You'll work as part of a cross-functional team to build and maintain full-stack features — from crafting responsive, user-friendly interfaces to designing scalable server-side architecture and APIs. Our frontend stack includes React, Next.js, TypeScript, Redux, GraphQL, SCSS, Material-UI, and Webpack. On the backend, we work with Node.js, Express, NestJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, JWT, Socket.IO, AWS (DynamoDB, S3, EC2), Firebase, and Heroku. We also integrate with third-party services such as Twilio, SendGrid, Google Maps, MapBox, and WebRTC.

What we're looking for

Frontend

• Solid experience with React and modern React hooks
• Confident use of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS
• Experience with Redux or other state management tools
• Ability to build responsive, cross-browser compatible layouts

Backend

• Solid hands-on experience with Node.js
• Practical experience with Express.js and/or NestJS
• Experience working with ORM tools
• Proficiency in SQL databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services

General

• Experience with Git and version control workflows
