Now, we’re looking for a SEO Consultant / SEO Mentor (Part-time) ⭐️ to help us strengthen and scale our SEO expertise across multiple projects. If you have deep hands-on SEO experience, enjoy mentoring teams, and know how to build effective SEO processes — this role is for you.
As a part of our growth team, you’ll work closely with SEO specialists, management, and clients, helping shape strategy, improve workflows, and drive measurable results.

For a perfect match, we expect 🎯

• 5+ years of practical SEO experience, including at least 2 years as a Senior SEO Specialist / SEO Team Lead / Head of SEO
• Experience mentoring SEO specialists or managing SEO teams (3–5+ people)
• Strong background working simultaneously with multiple projects in niches such as B2B, SaaS, and E-commerce
• Hands-on experience building or restructuring SEO processes from scratch
• Ability to quickly identify bottlenecks, diagnose process issues, and provide actionable solutions
• Mentorship mindset — not just “doing the work,” but teaching the team how to approach SEO correctly
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to specialists, managers, and clients
• Structured thinking and process-oriented approach (briefs, checklists, frameworks, documentation)
• Confident experience with technical SEO: crawl budget, indexation, Core Web Vitals, JS rendering, log analysis, structured data
• Deep understanding of On-page SEO: semantic clustering, content strategy, internal linking
• Practical Off-page SEO expertise: outreach, white-hat link building, backlink profile analysis
• Understanding of AI/LLM SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
• Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio
• Strong knowledge of Ahrefs / Semrush / SimilarWeb for audits and competitor analysis
• Experience with Screaming Frog / Sitebulb for technical audits and custom extractors
• Understanding of Google algorithms, including Core Updates, Helpful Content, and E-E-A-T principles
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS for effective collaboration with developers
• Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+) or higher

• Experience with international / multilingual SEO (hreflang, geo-targeting)
• Experience working with educational or content-driven websites
• SEO automation experience using Python, Apps Script, n8n, or Zapier
• Public speaking experience, blogging, or active participation in SEO communities
• Google / Ahrefs / Semrush certifications
• Previous consulting experience with agencies or multiple external clients
• Duties & Responsibilities 💼
• Conduct audits of existing SEO processes and identify inefficiencies, communication gaps, and growth opportunities
• Develop and improve SEO strategies for client and internal projects
• Provide regular consultations and mentorship sessions for the SEO team (1:1 and group формат)
• Review technical, content, and off-page SEO tasks with practical recommendations
• Support SEO specialists in solving complex and non-standard challenges
• Build internal SEO standards, templates, чеклісти, and documentation
• Collaborate with management on team development and SEO direction
• Participate in improving workflows, reporting structures, and operational efficiency
• Analyze SEO performance, identify growth opportunities, and adapt strategies according to algorithm updates
• Work closely with developers, content specialists, and management to ensure effective SEO implementation
• Contribute to scaling and maturity of the SEO function within the company
• Flexible part-time format: approximately 10 hours per week with mostly asynchronous communication and 1–2 sync meetings
