Integration Manager (Corefy/Customer Support)

Main responsibility: onboarding new merchants through Corefy and providing technical support after they go live.

 

Essential Experience and Skills

 

  • 2+ years of experience in payments or fintech
  • Hands-on experience with Corefy or a similar payment orchestration platform
  • Strong understanding of payment infrastructure
  • Experience configuring
  • Technical customer support experience
  • Ability to read API documentation, test endpoints, and inspect payloads
  • Strong communication skills with merchants, providers, and internal teams
  • Experience maintaining technical documentation
  • Fluent English

     

Core Responsibilities

 

  • Integrate acquirers and payment providers through Corefy
  • Configure merchant accounts and issue credentials
  • Advise merchants on the best integration method
  • Provide technical support to live merchants
  • Monitor integrations and resolve incidents
