Essential Experience and Skills
- 2+ years of experience in payments or fintech
- Hands-on experience with Corefy or a similar payment orchestration platform
- Strong understanding of payment infrastructure
- Experience configuring
- Technical customer support experience
- Ability to read API documentation, test endpoints, and inspect payloads
- Strong communication skills with merchants, providers, and internal teams
- Experience maintaining technical documentation
Fluent English
Core Responsibilities
- Integrate acquirers and payment providers through Corefy
- Configure merchant accounts and issue credentials
- Advise merchants on the best integration method
- Provide technical support to live merchants
Monitor integrations and resolve incidents
