We are currently looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead and scale our business in the Mexican market under local licensing regulation.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Define and execute the company’s strategic vision for the Mexican regulated market
- Lead market expansion and ensure sustainable business growth under local licensing requirements
- Drive overall business performance, profitability, and long-term operational stability
- Oversee financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Build and optimize company-wide operational processes to ensure efficiency and scalability
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory and licensing frameworks
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key local partners, regulators, and external stakeholders
- Monitor business performance, market trends, and operational KPIs to identify growth opportunities
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive leadership team
- Identify strategic risks and ensure effective mitigation across all business functions
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and business excellence
What we expect:
- Proven executive leadership experience in iGaming
- Strong understanding of the Mexican market and local licensing framework
- 3+ years of experience in CEO / Country Manager / Managing Director / C-level positions
- Successful track record of scaling businesses in regulated markets
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, business development, and operational leadership
- Deep understanding of financial management, budgeting, and business performance metrics
- Experience managing large-scale teams of 500+ employees
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Solid understanding of compliance, legal, financial, and commercial business functions
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Experience launching or managing products under local regulation is a strong advantage
