Senior Forward Deployed Engineer / Industrial AI Deployment Engineer (Python, Linux, PLC, Edge AI)

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer / Industrial AI Deployment Engineer (Python, Linux, PLC, Edge AI).

Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI deployment for manufacturing clients

- Work directly with customer operations and IT teams as the main technical contact

- Integrate AI vision systems with OT/IT/cloud stacks (OPC-UA, Modbus, PLCs, NVIDIA Jetson, ERP, cloud platforms)

- Build and iterate data pipelines (edge-to-cloud capture, deployment, monitoring, feedback loops)

- Troubleshoot software, networking, and integration issues in production environments

- Document architectures and configurations for handover and support

- Participate in pre-sales calls and contribute to product and engineering improvements

- Support on-site data collection and annotation

Requirements:

- 6+ years of technical experience

- 3+ years of experience with Python, Linux, Docker

- 3+ years of experience with production deployments or system integration

- 2+ years of experience in industrial automation or factory systems

- 2+ years of client-facing experience

- 1+ years of experience with PLC / OPC-UA / Modbus or industrial networking

- 1+ years of experience with computer vision or Edge AI

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls)

- Experience working with Git

- Professional English
