About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow IT/OT Solution Architect to support enterprise oil & gas / energy initiatives in the UAE market.

The ideal candidate should have strong ServiceNow architecture experience, especially across ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, AI Control Tower / Now Assist, and enterprise IT/OT operations.

This is not a standard ServiceNow developer role. We are looking for a senior architect-level expert who understands how ServiceNow can support unified IT/OT operations, industrial asset visibility, AI-driven operational intelligence, and cybersecurity workflows in complex industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect ServiceNow solutions across ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, and AI-enabled operations.
- Support the design and governance of ServiceNow AI Control Tower / Now Assist capabilities.
- Define CMDB strategies covering both IT assets and OT/industrial assets.
- Support OT asset lifecycle management and asset taxonomy design.
- Design integrations between ServiceNow and industrial/OT systems where relevant.
- Work with SCADA/DCS, historian, MES, or operational intelligence platforms at the architecture level.
- Define service management workflows for OT cybersecurity and industrial operations.
- Align ServiceNow architecture with ISA-95 / Purdue Model concepts.
- Support IEC 62443-aligned OT cybersecurity incident management workflows.
- Advise on governance models for AI-assisted or autonomous remediation in IT vs OT environments.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, OT engineers, cybersecurity experts, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in discovery sessions and help shape the remote delivery/service model.
 

Must-Have Experience
- 10+ years of IT/OT, enterprise architecture, or industrial technology experience.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience at architect / senior consultant level.
- Strong ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and enterprise workflow design.
- Understanding of ServiceNow SecOps or cybersecurity workflows.
- Experience in oil & gas, energy, utilities, heavy industry, or similar industrial environments.
- Understanding of OT environments: SCADA, DCS, PLCs, RTUs, sensors, HMI.
- Knowledge of ISA-95 / Purdue Model / IT-OT convergence.
- Understanding of OT cybersecurity principles and IEC 62443.
- Strong English and ability to communicate with senior technical/business stakeholders.
 

Strong Advantage
- Hands-on or architecture-level experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower.
- Experience with Now Assist, GenAI Studio, AI Agent Studio, or AI governance in ServiceNow.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with OSIsoft PI / AVEVA / MES / historian platforms.
- Experience with Honeywell, ABB, Yokogawa, Emerson DeltaV, or similar SCADA/DCS platforms.
- IEC 62443 Practitioner, GICSP, CISSP, or similar certification.

- Certified System Administrator;
- Certified Application Developer;
- Certified Technical Architect;
- CIS-ITOM;
- CIS-CMDB;
- CIS-SecOps;
- Now Assist / AI-related specialization, if available.
- Prior experience with ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, or a similar national oil company / large energy enterprise.
- Knowledge of NERC CIP or IEC 61850.
