Requirements:

Hard skills

• Advanced computer skills
• Expert knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets pivot tables, lookup functions, formulas, etc.

Soft skills

• Patient and diligent to work with large amount of data
• Quick learner and eager to learn
• Flexible and resourceful
• Experience

Nice to have

• Around 1 years in similar position
• Experience with bank statements

Tasks:

• Monitor and control incoming and outgoing bank transactions in line with statements
• Process large volumes of data
• Analyze transaction data and maintain registers
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of operations
• Communicate with internal departments
• Liaise with foreign partners and clients
• Support automation of the reconciliation process
