About the Role

We are seeking a results-oriented Recruiter to lead the hiring process for a high-impact, dedicated position within our distributed team. In this role, you will not be responsible for cold sourcing; instead, you will act as the strategic engine of the hiring funnel, collaborating closely with talent sourcers and external vendors who feed the pipeline. Your mission is to manage these partnerships, evaluate the incoming talent, and drive the selection process through to a successful hire. This role requires a professional who can navigate the financial domains while maintaining a rigorous and efficient recruitment workflow.
 

Requirements

• Substantial experience in recruitment process management or talent acquisition, specifically within fintech, iGaming, or high-risk sectors.
• Proven track record of managing external vendors and collaborating with specialized talent sourcers.
• Deep understanding of the financial landscape.
• Exceptional evaluation skills, with the ability to quickly identify "A-player" talent from a high-volume pipeline.
• Strong communication skills and the professional presence required to manage complex hiring processes autonomously.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for internal sourcers and external recruitment vendors, aligning them on role requirements and monitoring performance.
• Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates through the recruitment process.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, cultural fit, and role alignment.
• Coordinate interview stages, provide candidate insights and recommendations, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Lead offer negotiations and support the transition from candidate to onboarding.
• Maintain ATS data and track pipeline health, vendor performance, and time-to-hire metrics.
• When recruitment workload is low, support the Business Development team with relevant tasks and initiatives.
