As a Cash Flow Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our banking operations. You will oversee company bank accounts, ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions, maintain cashflow records, and support the Finance and Operations teams by providing reliable financial data. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work with large datasets in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Hard Skills

• Advanced computer skills
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
• Strong understanding of financial data management
• Ability to work accurately with large datasets
• Experience working with bank statements and financial records

Experience

• Around 1 year of experience in finance operations, treasury, reconciliation, accounting support, or a similar role
• Experience with financial systems or ERP software is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records for all company bank accounts and ensure data integrity across internal systems.
• Record and update banking information accurately and on time.
• Process and validate large volumes of financial data.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in data across internal systems.
• Communicate with internal departments to clarify and resolve data-related questions.
• Support the improvement and automation of banking, and cash flow processes.
• Contribute to process optimisation by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
