Product Manager / Product Owner

We are building a game provider aggregator platform from scratch and looking for a Product Manager / Product Owner to own the product strategy, roadmap, and successful delivery of the platform. You will be a key bridge between the engineering team, business stakeholders, and provider partners, ensuring the aggregator delivers clear commercial value to operators.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for the aggregator (from provider widgets and API integrations to marketplace capabilities and analytics).
• Analyze the iGaming aggregator market, competitors, and operator needs (B2B clients).
• Gather requirements, prioritize features, and document clear PRDs, user stories, and UX tasks.
• Work closely with CTO, engineers, and QA to ensure smooth delivery and high‑quality releases.
• Define and monitor product metrics: integration conversion, SLA performance, number of active providers/operators, etc.
• Oversee the integration process with game providers and operators, including technical specs, SLAs, and documentation.
• Lead Agile/Scrum processes (sprints, backlog grooming, retrospectives) and ensure product‑team alignment.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner / Product Lead.
• Strong background in iGaming or in B2B platforms, marketplaces, or service aggregators.
• Practical experience with aggregation of services/content (game providers, media, SaaS, delivery platforms, etc.).
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical workflows; able to talk both “business” and “engineering.”
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira/Trello, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, or custom dashboards).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with technical and business partners.
• English at B2/C1 level or higher for international collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with iGaming aggregators, RGS, casino fronts, or betting platforms.
• Basic understanding of iGaming regulations (KYC, AML, licensing by region).
• Background in startups or fast‑growing companies.
