Affiliate Manager (Partnership Development)

We're an AI-first remote company. We're looking for an Affiliate Manager to find and attract new affiliates, negotiate partnership deals, and manage ongoing partner relationships โ fully in English.
What you'll do:
- Source and attract new affiliates via LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
- Negotiate partnership terms and commission structures
- Track affiliate performance and commissions in CRM and Google Sheets
- Maintain regular communication with partners and the internal team
- Research new partnership opportunities using Claude AI and Perplexity AI
- Build and develop long-term affiliate relationships
Compensation:
- Bonus for each successfully onboarded affiliate
- Salary review every 6 months โ automatic +10%
- Payments: twice/month (UA card) or once/month (PayPal, Payoneer, international card)
- International transfer fees covered by the company

Requirements:
- English B2+ โ confident written and spoken (all partner communication is in English)
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Desktop or laptop (required)
- Stable internet connection
- Organized โ able to manage multiple partners and deals in parallel
Nice to have:
- Experience in affiliate marketing or partnership programs
- Familiarity with platforms: PartnerStack, Impact Radius, Post Affiliate Pro
- Experience with Sales Navigator
