  • 3โ€“5+ years in payments, fintech, or banking.
  • Hands-on experience with merchant onboarding and acquiring banks.
  • Background in roles such as Onboarding Manager, Merchant Operations, Account Manager, or Compliance Coordinator.

Core Knowledge

  • KYC/AML, UBO, and Source of Funds.
  • Corporate documents: Certificate of Incorporation, Shareholder Register, Board Resolutions.
  • Commercial documents: Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy.
  • Understanding of acquirer and card scheme requirements.

Key Skills

  • Ability to review documents substantively, not just against a checklist.
  • Managing multiple onboarding pipelines simultaneously.
  • Strong follow-up and SLA management.
  • Clear communication with merchants, banks, compliance, and legal teams.

Personal Qualities

  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Proactive and persistent.
  • Results-driven.

Language

  • Fluent English (C1โ€“C2).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with PSPs, acquirers, EMIs, or crypto payments.
  • Exposure to high-risk industries such as crypto, forex, or gaming.
