We are currently looking for an AI Evangelist (Head of Business Process Automation).

You are our candidate if:

• You have extensive experience in optimizing business processes, achieving measurable results in time savings and manual workload reduction;
• You possess successful cases in your portfolio that demonstrate a proven business impact, specifically in reducing manual operations and optimizing headcount (FTE avoidance);
• You have the skills and knowledge to independently create functional solutions using AI, No-Code, or Low-Code tools without relying on large development teams;
• You are proficient in managing large datasets, APIs, and building automated reporting systems via BI dashboards;
• You have a deep understanding of systemic business processes and can effectively translate business requirements into technical implementations;
• You are a visionary leader with experience managing teams of 10+ people, capable of driving innovation and navigating change;
• You have a professional command of English (B2+ level), enabling you to work fluently with international AI tools and documentation.

What you will be doing:

• Implement AI and No-Code tools to transform back-office operations into a high-efficiency system;
• Analyze and audit business processes to identify bottlenecks and develop strategic automation plans;
• Automate the collection, preparation, and visualization of all management and operational reporting;
• Drive AI literacy across the organization by training teams and mentoring management in "AI-Copilot Prompting";
• Scale the business efficiently by deploying AI agents that handle increased workloads without a proportional increase in staff;
• Execute a roadmap to reduce routine task duration by 5x and cut manual work by 30–50% within the first 6 months;
• Partner with various departments to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions from requirements gathering to final launch.
