HR Director (HRD) Spain

For our partners, we are currently looking for an experienced HR Director to join a fast-growing international company in the fintech industry.
 

📍 Location: Spain (office-based format)
🕒 Employment type: Full-time
🌍 English level: Upper-Intermediate / Advanced — mandatory
 

Key expectations:

• Building and scaling HR processes within a dynamic fintech environment
• Developing and implementing HR strategy aligned with business goals
• Managing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement processes
• Supporting leadership and department heads in people-related decisions
• Building strong corporate culture and internal communications
• Experience working in fast-paced international environments will be a strong advantage
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role (HRD / Head of HR / People Partner Lead)
• Experience in fintech, IT, crypto, payments, or related tech-driven industries
• Strong understanding of modern HR practices and people management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• High level of ownership and strategic thinking
• Fluent English is required for daily communication with international teams and partners
