Account and Operations Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Account & Operations Manager with a strong focus on B2B client management and delivery to own client relationships and projects end-to-end — from intake and onboarding to launch, delivery, ongoing support, and retention.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Own B2B clients and projects end-to-end (from acquisition → onboarding → launch → ongoing support)
  • Identify and engage new clients, supporting the business development process
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships and ensure ongoing account growth
  • Act as the main point of contact: manage communication, follow-ups, and escalations
  • Control timelines, SLAs, deliverables, and client expectations
  • Align internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
  • Oversee contracts, invoicing, payments, and scope changes
  • Identify and proactively flag delivery and financial risks
  • Prepare clear client reporting and maintain transparency
  • Improve and maintain internal and cross-functional workflows
  • Ensure adherence to processes, SLAs, and agreed ways of working
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive operational efficiency
  • Implement SOPs and scalable processes
  • Support teams in adopting and following workflows
  • Work with Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
  • Set up and manage workflows and basic automations
  • Take a hands-on approach to solving operational challenges

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

  • 3–5+ years in Account Management / Delivery / Operations (B2B)
  • Strong client-facing experience
  • Ownership mindset and strong execution skills
  • Experience managing SLAs, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Process-oriented thinking and optimization experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • English B2+
  • Confident with Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, CRM

Nice to have

  • Experience in iGaming / affiliate / digital B2B
  • Exposure to contracts, invoicing, and finance coordination
  • Jira, NetHunt CRM
  • Automation / no-code mindset
  • Basic understanding of integrations and workflows
