Head of Growth (Crypto casino)
We are looking for a Head of Growth who will be responsible for driving
acquisition and scaling marketing performance across different channels.
Responsibilities:
Own the entire growth engine to drive growth
Drive performance through social media, influencers, streamers, SEO, community
content marketing, and PPC, to maximise acquisition performance.
Build and expand marketing networks and strategic partnerships to drive player
traffic and scale paid acquisition across crypto-friendly networks
Utilise data analytics to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance,
ensuring that KPIs are met or exceeded.
Own marketing performance KPIs to maximise ROI
Data-driven revenue scaling, focus on players LTV, and market expansion
Explosive User Acquisition
Scale marketing across all marketing channels
Primary focus Social channels,Influencers, streamers, ambassadors and paid ads
Launch influencer/KOL campaignsOptimize CAC vs LTV continuously
Data driven Growth Own CAC, LTV, ARPU, ROI metrics
Implement attribution dashboardsRun aggressive A/B testing cycles
Optimize funnels daily
Requirements:
Proven 3+ years experience in performance marketing with a Crypto gambling
Deep understanding of Web3 culture & crypto ecosystems
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy and improve
marketing ROI.
Lead growth strategy across all marketing channels, paid channels, crypto
communities, streamers and influencer marketing.
Data-driven mindset with a focus on commercial KPIs
