Senior Product Designer (Co-founder in AI Health App iOS/Android)

From the heart of Berlin, Germany, ONU Health is building the world’s first AI-driven global health account — a secure and intelligent platform that helps people store, understand, and act on their health data.
We integrate medical documents, wearables, biomarkers, and preventive analytics into one simple and beautifully designed app that empowers users to take ownership of their health. 

Our MVP is live on the App Store, our advisory board includes top figures from Charité and N26, and the product already has a strong design foundation.

Current Setup

We’re looking for Co-founder - Senior Product Designer to navigate ONU Health and elevate the experience, evolve the product system, and scale the design language as we grow. The salary will be paid once the funding round is concluded - June/July.

We have 12 VCs interested in investing and first paying customers!

Your Role

As a founding product designer, you will be closely working with our tech team and CEO, navigating UX, branding, and research to:

• Lead the evolution of the product design system across iOS and web.
• Shape the next generation of the ONU Health experience — from onboarding to preventive insights.
• Translate complex health and data concepts into simple, human-centered design.
• Partner with founders and the AI team to bring intelligent UX flows to life (e.g. chat-based health assistant, prevention dashboards, and document flows).
• Contribute to user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Collaborate on UX writing, information architecture, and accessibility.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the ONU design system, ensuring scalability and coherence.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
• Conduct or guide UX research sessions with real users and pilot testers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect handoff.
• Continuously refine the product using analytics, feedback, and usability insights.
• Contribute to the overall product strategy and brand experience.

Your Profile

• 4+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI), preferably in startups or SaaS products.
• Strong command of Figma, prototyping tools, and component-based systems.
• Experience designing mobile-first applications (Flutter, iOS, or cross-platform).
• Deep understanding of user-centered design and accessibility principles.
• Solid grasp of information hierarchy, data visualization, and UX for AI-driven features.
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work — from research to polished UI.
• Interest in healthtech, AI, or digital well-being.
• Fluent in English
