About the Role 

ONU Health is building the AI-powered future of personal prevention. We unify medical, lifestyle, and wearable data into a single "health account," helping people see risks before they arise and take control of their wellbeing.

We're seeking a co-founding Marketing Manager who can bridge storytelling, community, and growth — turning a preventive health mission into a movement. You'll work closely with our designers and CEO to define how ONU Health is communicated, build our community, and grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

🧭 Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Define ONU's brand narrative — "Your data, your health, your prevention."
• Position ONU between medical credibility and lifestyle inspiration — where prevention feels aspirational, not clinical.
• Shape a unified messaging architecture across web, app, and social, highlighting ONU's unique value: predictive, data-driven, and privacy-first.
• Work with designers and the CEO to establish ONU's visual and verbal identity across all channels.

📊 Social Media, Funnels & Campaigns

• Own social media strategy and content calendar — building ONU's presence and voice across key platforms.
• Design and run campaigns that build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
• Build and optimize multi-channel acquisition funnels (content, influencer partnerships, paid social, and Apple Health integrations).
• Develop onboarding journeys, email/push automations, and retention loops tied to users' health improvements.
• Track activation, retention, and referral metrics to continuously refine messaging and campaign performance.

💬 Community & Thought Leadership

• Create the ONU Health Founding Member Program and early adopter community.
• Grow and nurture ONU's customer list and community channels.
• Collaborate with medical advisors and creators to launch educational campaigns around prevention and self-tracking.
• Drive storytelling across channels (press, social, product updates) to humanize complex AI health concepts.

Requirements

• Experience in social media, brand, or growth marketing, ideally in digital health, fitness, or consumer SaaS.
• Proven experience building campaigns and funnels that grow an audience or customer base, ideally for an early-stage product.
• Strong understanding of healthtech positioning, user psychology, and trust building (especially for sensitive data products).
• Analytical and creative mindset — fluent in both storytelling and metrics (CAC, LTV, retention).
• Comfortable working closely with designers and founders to shape brand identity from the ground up.
• Passion for preventive health, data-driven wellness, and AI-enabled personalization.

ONU Health is a HealthTech startup from Berlin. We're building a smart "health account" — a secure platform for storing and analyzing medical data: test results, diagnoses, medications, and personal health goals. Current Setup

We’re looking for Co-founder - Senior Product Designer to navigate ONU Health and elevate the experience, evolve the product system, and scale the design language as we grow. The salary will be paid once the funding round is concluded - June/July.

We have 12 VCs interested in investing and first paying customers!

Your Role

As a founding product designer, you will be closely working with our tech team and CEO, navigating UX, branding, and research to:

• Lead the evolution of the product design system across iOS and web.
• Shape the next generation of the ONU Health experience — from onboarding to preventive insights.
• Translate complex health and data concepts into simple, human-centered design.
• Partner with founders and the AI team to bring intelligent UX flows to life (e.g. chat-based health assistant, prevention dashboards, and document flows).
• Contribute to user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Collaborate on UX writing, information architecture, and accessibility.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the ONU design system, ensuring scalability and coherence.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
• Conduct or guide UX research sessions with real users and pilot testers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect handoff.
• Continuously refine the product using analytics, feedback, and usability insights.
• Contribute to the overall product strategy and brand experience.

Your Profile

• 4+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI), preferably in startups or SaaS products.
• Strong command of Figma, prototyping tools, and component-based systems.
• Experience designing mobile-first applications (Flutter, iOS, or cross-platform).
• Deep understanding of user-centered design and accessibility principles.
• Solid grasp of information hierarchy, data visualization, and UX for AI-driven features.
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work — from research to polished UI.
• Interest in healthtech, AI, or digital well-being.
• Fluent in English

As a founding Creative Director, you will be closely working with our tech team and CEO, leading brand and creative direction to:

• Own and evolve the ONU Health brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Build and maintain our websites, ensuring they reflect the brand and convert.
• Creative direct campaigns, content, and visual storytelling for the brand.
• Shape the next generation of the ONU Health brand experience — from first impression to long-term trust.
• Partner with founders and the team to translate complex health and AI concepts into simple, compelling brand narratives.
• Contribute to content strategy, photography/video direction, and marketing assets.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the ONU Health brand system, ensuring scalability and coherence.
• Design, build, and maintain the brand's websites and landing pages.
• Creative direct all brand output — campaigns, social, product marketing, and partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the team to ensure brand consistency across product and marketing.
• Continuously refine the brand using feedback, performance data, and market insights.
• Contribute to overall brand strategy and creative direction of the company.

Your Profile

• 4+ years of experience in creative direction, brand design, or a related field, preferably in startups or consumer brands.
• Strong command of design and web-building tools; experience with a CMS like Webflow is a plus.
• Experience building and shipping websites end-to-end.
• Deep understanding of brand systems, visual identity, and storytelling.
• Solid grasp of content, campaign direction, and creative strategy.
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end brand and creative work.
• Interest in healthtech, AI, or digital well-being.
