Gravira is a fast-growing iGaming product (Tier-1, Canada focus).
We’re looking for a Customer Support Manager focused on live communication and calls, not just чат.

Responsibilities
• Handle outbound calls on existing cases
• Follow up on player requests and clarify issues via phone
• Conduct targeted calls to player segments using prepared scripts
• Handle inbound call requests (when players prefer phone communication)
• Work with chats and email as a secondary priority

Requirements
• Experience in voice communication with clients (outbound / calls, not only chat)
• Strong spoken English — confident in live conversations (B2+ / C1)
• Experience working with scripts (able to adapt, not just read)
• Ability to handle objections and communicate with difficult clients
• Comfortable with multitasking (calls + chat/email)
• Experience in iGaming or support-heavy products — nice to have
• Experience with night shifts — a plus
• French — nice to have (big plus)

Conditions• Remote
• Schedule (Kyiv time): 20:00 – 08:00
• Format: 2/2 shift with flexibility to cover shifts
• Team: 2 positions open
• Product already live (Tier-1 focus)
