Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are a fast-growing fintech company with over 8 years of experience building financial infrastructure for digital advertising businesses. We provide solutions that help media buyers and advertisers run campaigns efficiently and without interruptions.

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial function across multiple international entities. This role suits someone who combines high-level strategic thinking with a solid operational foundation in accounting and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CEO and COO to shape business strategy and financial planning
• Provide the board with monthly and yearly financial analysis based on reporting to guide strategic direction
• Own reporting, invoicing, and reconciliation logic
• Develop dashboards and automate ongoing data analysis for real-time visibility in close collaboration with the product and engineering teams (proven experience applying solutions is a strong advantage)
• Manage legal entities across the globe (with focus on Europe and the US)
• Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and legal counsel
• Manage multi-currency operations, treasury, and cash flow across jurisdictions
• Work with banks, payment systems, financial regulators
• Identify and manage financial risks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
• Lead the finance team of 5+ people including setting clear KPIs and ensuring professional development plans are followed through
• Establish efficient communication processes within the finance team and across other departments

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in finance, with prior experience in a Head of Finance or CFO role
• C1+ English level
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, reporting, and strategic planning across multiple international entities
• Background in SaaS, fintech, or a high-growth tech company is strongly preferred
• Proven experience of efficient managing and developing finance teams - from hiring to following personal development plans
• Experience with automation opportunities in finance operations
• Proven ability to implement scalable systems and lead through periods of growth or change
• Strong communication and people management skills – able to inspire a team while engaging the board
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with AI tools in a finance context
• Hands-on experience experience with automations (workflows, dashboards)
