Product Manager (B2C)
We are developing a B2C product for the global market β Europe (Tier-1), LatAm, and Asia.
Different GEOs, different user behavior, different retention mechanisms β but one goal:
to create a strong product that grows, retains users, and directly impacts revenue.
We are looking for a Product Manager who loves drive, fast growth, and knows how to turn ideas into working product solutions.
Not a person βabout tasks in Jira,β but a person who knows how to identify growth points, influence teams, and move the product forward.
We need a Product Manager with a strong product mindset and understanding of B2C iGaming: someone who understands player behavior, retention, VIP, CRM, payments, and knows how to make decisions through business impact and product metrics.
What You Will Do
β Develop and scale the B2C product in global markets (Europe Tier-1 / LatAm / Asia)
β Analyze product metrics: GGR, NGR, Retention, LTV, Conversion, ARPU
β Identify growth points and improve the productβs unit economics
β Form and prioritize the product backlog
β Launch and optimize new features, retention, and engagement mechanisms
β Work with onboarding, payment flow, VIP, and bonus systems
β Improve the user journey and eliminate product friction
β Interact with CRM, VIP, Marketing, BI, Design, and Development teams
β Set tasks for the development team and control the delivery flow
β Conduct A/B testing and analyze results
β Research user behavior and analyze customer pain points
β Participate in the development of gamification and loyalty mechanics
β Control product quality and stability of key user flows
β Work with hypotheses, analytics, and data-driven decisions
β Influence the product strategy and product roadmap
β Optimize internal processes and cross-functional interaction
What Is Important for Us
β Experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner specifically in B2C iGaming / Casino
β Understanding of product metrics and unit economics
β Strong analytical and product thinking
β Understanding of retention, VIP, and player behavior
β Ability to make decisions and take ownership of results
β Skill in building cross-functional communication
β Experience interacting with Development, CRM, Marketing, BI, and Design teams
β Understanding of growth and monetization mechanics
β Experience working with hypotheses and a data-driven approach
β Ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact
β Understanding of UX/UI and customer journey
β English level β Intermediate+ and above

β Experience working with platform / white-label solutions
β Experience launching gamification and loyalty mechanics
