Lead e-commerce Business Analyst/Pre-Sles Lead

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Business Analyst / Pre-Sales Lead to support both the discovery and delivery phases of complex e-commerce projects. You will work closely with prospective and existing clients to understand business needs, define requirements, and help shape suitable e-commerce solutions.

You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly captured, structured, and translated into actionable specifications. In addition to business analysis responsibilities, you will support pre-sales activities by participating in discovery calls, preparing estimates and solution outlines, and helping define project scope during the sales process.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and communication skills who enjoys combining requirements engineering, client interaction, and solution-oriented thinking in an e-commerce environment.
