Lead e-commerce Business Analyst/Pre-Sales Lead

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Business Analyst / Pre-Sales Lead to support both the discovery and delivery phases of complex e-commerce projects. You will work closely with technical teams, prospective and existing clients to understand business needs, define requirements, and help shape suitable e-commerce solutions.

 

This position requires being an expert in e-commerce domain, so prior expertise in this area is a must. We expect you to have at least 3 years of recent experience with  e-commerce platfors like Magento/Adobe Commerce, SFCC, Shopify, Shopware or similar, and understanding of both B2C and B2B processes, as well as understanding of ERP, PIM and other e-commerce-related tools.

 

You will be responsible for the pre-sale process, including understanding client's business and existing e-commerce solution, anticipating, collecting and analysing business and technical requirements, translating them to formal documents, participating in estimations, making sure that the proposed solutions address the requirements and preparing proposals. 

 

Oftentimes the calls exceed European business hours, as we work with the US clients and our team is distributed between Atlantics. 

 

This role is ideal for a career-minded person with strong analytical and communication skills who enjoys combining requirements engineering, client interaction, and solution-oriented thinking.

 

Our company is an established agency with presence in the US and the UK, with international mid+ to enterprise clients, so fluent English and experience with big e-commerce projects is critical.
