We are looking for an HR People Partner who will help maintain balance in workplace relationships and become a bridge between employees and the company 

 

You will:

  • interact with remote teams
  •  support the employee lifecycle (Onboarding, Adaptation, Performance Reviews, 1-on-1s, Exit Interviews)
  •  assist with organizational changes (rotations, team transformations)
  •  maintain employee reporting and CRM systems (People Force)
  •  support a healthy team atmosphere, collect feedback, and help resolve challenging situations
  •  participate in HR projects and initiatives

 

Our expectations:

  •  1+ year of experience in HR (understanding of the HR cycle and HR practices)
  •  excellent communication skills โ€” the ability to listen, communicate, and negotiate effectively
  •  a genuine passion for working with people
  •  strong emotional intelligence
  • English - ะ’1
