HR People Partner Junior

We are looking for an HR People Partner who will help maintain balance in workplace relationships and become a bridge between employees and the company
You will:
- interact with remote teams
- support the employee lifecycle (Onboarding, Adaptation, Performance Reviews, 1-on-1s, Exit Interviews)
- assist with organizational changes (rotations, team transformations)
- maintain employee reporting and CRM systems (People Force)
- support a healthy team atmosphere, collect feedback, and help resolve challenging situations
- participate in HR projects and initiatives
Our expectations:
- 1+ year of experience in HR (understanding of the HR cycle and HR practices)
- excellent communication skills โ the ability to listen, communicate, and negotiate effectively
- a genuine passion for working with people
- strong emotional intelligence
- English - ะ1
