Middle Account Manager
We are looking for an Account Manager who can build strong long-term relationships with mid-sized and growing client accounts, while also contributing to account expansion and overall revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients;
- Identify client needs and support upsell and cross-sell initiatives; - Ensure smooth service delivery in close cooperation with engineering teams.
- Monitor account health, client satisfaction, and operational performance;
- Proactively identify risks and escalate them when necessary; - Conduct regular check-ins and performance review meetings with clients.
- Support commercial discussions and contract renewal processes; - Contribute to revenue growth through account development initiatives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management or a related role;
- Proven experience in managing commercial conversations and supporting upsell initiatives;
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
- Ability to understand client business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requests for delivery teams;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (delivery, finance, recruitment);
- Strong problem-solving skills and a client-oriented mindset;
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
