Business Development Manager (iGaming)
Responsibilities:
• Search and attract new partners (affiliate networks & direct advertisers)
• Negotiate and onboard partners into the network
• Build and maintain long-term partner relationships
• Analyze deals and optimize performance based on KPIs
• Prepare contracts and manage related documentation
• Represent the company at iGaming conferences and industry events
🔹 Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in Business Development / Affiliate / Sales in iGaming
• Understanding of RevShare, CPA, Hybrid, and Flat models
• Strong analytical skills
• Confident Google Sheets / Excel user
• English — Intermediate+
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
