Responsibilities:

 

  • Competitive and market research and insights generation
  • Full responsibility for Google acquisition strategy (from research to scaling)
  • Audience, funnel, keyword, and creative research
  • Setup, optimization, and scaling of demand generation campaigns
  • A/B testing: developing hypotheses, analyzing results, identifying learnings, and implementing rollouts
  • Building and automating campaign structures and workflows
  • Analytical insights reporting (not just numbers — insights → actions)
  • Proactively collaborate with internal teams (product and creative)
  • Escalating and handling Google support tickets for policy limitations
  • Sharing expertise, insights, and knowledge across the team

     

Requirements:

 

  • 2+ years of experience with Google Ads
  • Strong experience managing Demand Gen campaigns
  • Professional use of Google Ads Editor
  • Experience working with Birch
  • A strong analytical mindset and data handling skills are a plus

     

Would be a plus:

 

  • Experience using AI for operational automation and testing
  • A strong understanding of product funnels and analytics would be a plus
  • Experience building or improving acquisition processes
  • Familiarity with performance reporting and BI dashboards (e.g., Looker)
