3Drenders is a fast-growing IT/Design company with American roots. We create high-quality photorealistic architectural renders, interiors, exteriors, product concepts, and animations for clients across Europe and the USA.

Last year, we completed 100+ projects, and this year we are growing even faster. That’s why we’re looking for a 3D Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager who will help our PM team keep projects organized, support artists, communicate with clients, and make sure deadlines stay under control.

This role is a great fit for someone who wants to grow in project management within a creative international company and learn how architectural visualization projects are built from brief to final delivery.

What you’ll do

You will support and coordinate 3D visualization projects together with the PM team.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Coordinating communication between clients, project managers, 3D artists, and other team members;
  • Helping keep project tasks, deadlines, files, and comments organized;
  • Tracking project progress in Favro and Slack;
  • Making sure everyone has the information they need to move forward;
  • Collecting feedback from clients and helping the team implement it clearly;
  • Supporting quality checks of 3D renders, especially lighting, composition, materials, textures, and overall realism;
  • Helping solve small daily issues that appear during the project;
  • Maintaining project documentation, tables, reports, to-do lists, and task updates;
  • Gradually taking ownership of several projects as you grow into the role.

You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. We have internal processes, examples, training materials, and a team that will help you learn.

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has experience in project coordination, project management, client communication, design, architecture, marketing, production, or a similar field;
  • Is organized, attentive to details, and able to follow deadlines;
  • Can communicate clearly and politely with both clients and internal teams;
  • Is comfortable working with several tasks at the same time;
  • Has good written and spoken English, as all our projects are international;
  • Is not afraid to ask questions and clarify details;
  • Can stay calm when priorities change or urgent issues appear;
  • Is interested in design, architecture, 3D visualization, or creative production.

It would be a big plus if you

  • Worked with 3D artists, visualizers, designers, architects, or creative teams;
  • Have basic understanding of 3D renders, interiors, exteriors, or architectural drawings;
  • Used tools like Favro, Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion, Slack, or similar;
  • Had experience with short and medium-term projects, from 1 week to 2−3 months;
  • Have an eye for visual quality and can notice details in images.
