Middle Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team!
 

At Banza, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can effectively lead IT projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of solutions for our clients. This role combines both operational project leadership and strategic client collaboration.
 

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 3+ years of experience in IT project management
✔ Proven experience delivering implementation projects ($100K+)
✔ Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
✔ Deep understanding of the Project Life Cycle and delivery processes
✔ Strong stakeholder and client management skills
✔ Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (up to 10 members)
✔ Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
✔ Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project
✔ Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken)
✔ Strong prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
 

Nice to Have:

✔ Experience with CRM, ERP, fintech, or financial systems
✔ Experience with CRM implementations
✔ Understanding of integrations and APIs
✔ Business analysis skills (requirements gathering and structuring)
✔ Experience working with the Creatio platform
✔ Knowledge of business process notation
✔ Project management certifications
✔ Experience working with international clients and distributed teams
 

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Lead end-to-end project delivery: kickoff → implementation → go-live → closure
✔ Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations
✔ Manage project timelines, budgets, scope, margins, risks, dependencies, and change requests
✔ Coordinate daily work of the project team, set priorities, and monitor delivery progress
✔ Drive projects toward successful completion and client sign-off
✔ Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage stakeholder expectations
✔ Maintain clear communication between clients and internal teams
✔ Prepare and maintain project documentation, plans, timelines, and status reports
✔ Work with Fixed Price, Time & Material, and Outstaff contracts
✔ Participate in pre-project analysis and solution implementation planning
✔ Foster a productive and psychologically safe team environment
✔ Support effective collaboration across international and cross-functional teams
