About Grade.app
Grade.app is an ERP system for IT companies and digital agencies (10–500 employees) that helps manage finances, teams and operational processes all in one place.

We already have a steady stream of leads (from marketing, partners and outbound), and now we need someone to turn those leads into revenue.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and improvement of Grade.app as an ERP platform for IT companies and digital agencies
• Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on business needs and user feedback
• Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver features that improve finance, team, and operations management workflows
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Help prioritize features and tasks aligned with product goals and customer value
• Collect, structure, and analyze feedback from users, sales, and support teams
• Conduct basic market and competitor research in the ERP/SaaS space
• Support product documentation and internal communication across teams
• Monitor key product metrics and contribute to performance analysis

Requirements

• Basic understanding of product management and Agile methodologies
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Interest in SaaS products, ERP systems, or tools for IT companies and agencies
• Understanding of business processes (finance, operations, or team management) is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Confluence, or similar is a plus
