Team Lead of Affiliates

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the European market
• Experience as a Team Lead - from 1 year
• Experience working with SEO traffic
• Working with RS, hybrid, CPA models
• Proven experience in sourcing and collaborating with partners in gambling/betting
• A well-established database of loyal affiliate partners
• Proficiency in traffic analysis
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to approach tasks comprehensively and diversely
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities:

• Actively search and negotiate with potential partners in the European market
• Conduct competitive analysis and apply insights to optimize traffic and affiliate programs
• Acquire, retain, and activate new affiliates and partnerships
• Analyze partner-generated traffic for quality
• Achievement of KPIs on a regular basis
• Provide technical support to partners and configure all necessary segments that partners may require
• Maintaining and cultivating strong relationships through regular contact, including meetings, phone calls, and emails, as well as representing our company effectively in professional conferences
