Affiliate Manager

Affiliate Manager 

We are looking for a strong Affiliate Manager to join our team. The main focus of this role is to develop and manage partnerships across the Asian region, drive high-quality traffic, and build long-term relationships with key local partners. A deep understanding of regional traffic specifics and cooperation models is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and manage new affiliates in the Asian region
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners
• Negotiate commercial terms and scale traffic volumes
• Monitor traffic quality and ensure compliance with agreements
• Analyze partner performance and identify growth opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams to optimize campaigns and performance
   

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Gambling/Betting
• Experience in roles such as Affiliate Manager / Sales Manager / Team Lead
• Strong understanding of the Asian market and local partner specifics
• Experience with reporting and performance analysis
• Familiarity with Asana or similar task management tools
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships
