Senior Content Marketing Generalist/Content Team Lead
We're looking for a content person who thinks in systems, not just sentences: someone who treats AI as infrastructure. You'll write, lead, and push the whole content function forward.
About the role
This is a senior individual contributor role with a clear path and immediate responsibility toward the team lead. You'll own content output across the full mix: SEO articles, landing pages, blog posts, social media, interviews, newsletters, PR placements, etc. You'll set priorities, run syncs with content writers, and continuously find new ways AI can sharpen the process. We're a team of generalists, so if you're curious about PR, SMM, or other marketing channels, then that's exactly the energy we want.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with the marketing team to shape and execute a content strategy that supports overall marketing goals
- Write and edit high-quality content across SEO pages, landing pages, blog posts, social media, interviews, press releases, ad copy, taglines, and newsletters
- Build and maintain a content plan
- Be aware of the publishing process in CMS (WordPress/Elementor) - would be a plus
- Lead content writers: run syncs, review work, set priorities, and keep the quality bar high
- Design and iterate AI-powered workflows: prompt engineering, chained prompts, AI-assisted editing, and proofreading. Itβs not just "using ChatGPT," but building repeatable systems. Experience with agent-based workflows is a plus; a strong desire to explore and lead in this area works too, we can help with that
- Bring new ideas for AI tool usage and own their implementation into the team's daily process
- Participate actively in cross-functional marketing brainstorms: SEO, PR, SMM, and beyond
- Track content performance in GA4; translate metrics into decisions and content improvements
Stay on top of industry trends and competitor content; identify gaps and recommend new topics that support both audience needs and the sales process
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in content creation (Copywriter, Content Manager, or similar); IT, SaaS, or outsourcing background is a strong plus
- Advanced English (C1): precise writing, sharp editing, clear communication
- Hands-on experience with AI tools beyond casual use: prompt engineering, chaining prompts, working with Claude, ChatGPT, or other tools in a structured, repeatable way
- Ability to write across formats and tones: technical SEO pages, sharp emails, long-form content pieces, etc.
- Solid SEO fundamentals: keyword research, technical assignments, and on-page best practices
- Comfortable in GA4: you understand what the numbers mean and what to do about them
- Genuine curiosity about how marketing works end-to-end: SEO, PR, SMM, etc.
- Organized, proactive, and flexible: you plan ahead but adapt fast, and don't wait to be told when something needs fixing
- An initiator and a collaborator: someone who moves things forward and supports others to do their best work
- Real enthusiasm for AI technology and where it's heading
- Be ready to support the marketing department within other marketing streams, where needed
