Senior UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for 2 Senior UX/UI Designers (Mobile Casual Games)
Ever wondered what it’s like to shape the experience of mobile puzzle games played by millions of users worldwide? Here’s your chance.
We’re currently looking for Senior UX/UI Designers to join a strong, creative team of ~20 developers, artists, and designers working on live casual puzzle games.
📍 Location: Remote (Europe + Turkey)

🎮 What you’ll actually do
You’ll be deeply involved in shaping how players feel inside the game — from the first tap to long-term engagement.
You’ll:
• Lead UX/UI design for new features (from idea → wireframes → final in-game UI)
• Design smooth, intuitive player flows (menus, HUDs, popups, systems)
• Create high-quality, visually strong UI aligned with game style
• Collaborate with product, design, art, and dev teams daily
• Own features end-to-end and see them shipped live
• Improve player experience using data + real player behavior
• Balance usability, engagement, and monetization in smart ways
• Contribute to and evolve a scalable UI design system
• Bring fresh ideas — not just execute, but improve the product

🧠 What we’re looking for
• 4+ years in UX/UI design in the gaming industry
• Strong portfolio with shipped mobile game UI/UX
• Experience with live games and ongoing feature updates
• Deep understanding of free-to-play / casual game UX patterns
Strong Figma + Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Experience working with developers (Unity is a plus)
• Strong sense of layout, typography, composition, visual hierarchy
• Ability to translate game/product goals into player experience
• Confident English communication

🤝 Soft skills that matter
• Ownership mindset — you lead features, not just design them
• Strong product thinking + player empathy
• Comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environments
• Open to feedback and collaboration across disciplines
• Passion for games and interactive experiences

✨ Why this role is interesting
• Real ownership over features used by millions
• Creative freedom (not just task execution)
• Strong, experienced team with solid production pipelines
• Impact-driven culture focused on quality, not just speed
