We are looking for a Project Operations Manager with a strong focus on process optimization and operational excellence to take ownership of client-facing and internal cross-functional projects β€” from intake and launch to delivery, process control, and ongoing support.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Own projects end-to-end (intake β†’ onboarding β†’ launch β†’ ongoing support) with a strong focus on process execution
  • Act as the main point of coordination: manage communication, follow-ups, and escalations across teams
  • Ensure timelines, SLAs, deliverables, and workflows are consistently followed
  • Drive structured interaction between teams within the holding through clear processes and alignment
  • Oversee contracts, invoicing, payments, and scope changes as part of operational workflows
  • Identify and proactively flag process, delivery, and operational risks
  • Prepare clear reporting and ensure transparency of ongoing processes
  • Build, optimize, and maintain internal and cross-functional processes
  • Ensure adherence to workflows, SLAs, and agreed ways of working
  • Identify bottlenecks and eliminate inefficiencies in processes and execution flow
  • Design and implement workflows, SOPs, and process improvements
  • Improve cross-team collaboration through standardized processes within the holding
  • Take ownership of process improvements and hands-on operational execution

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Project / Delivery / Account / Operations Management
  • Upper-intermediate English (B2+)
  • Experience in B2B / client-facing delivery
  • Strong ownership and execution mindset
  • Experience in process design and optimization
  • Proven cross-functional coordination experience
  • Experience managing onboarding, launches, and delivery cycles
  • Solid understanding of SLAs, timelines, and dependencies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident user of Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and CRM systems

Nice to Have

  • Experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or digital B2B environments
  • Experience with contracts, invoicing, and legal/finance coordination
  • Familiarity with Jira or NetHunt CRM
  • Automation / no-code mindset
  • Basic technical understanding of integrations and workflows

HOW WE WILL KEEP YOU SMILING:

  • Flexible working hours and a remote work setup, so you can plan work around your life and not your life around work!
  • Unlimited vacation days and paid sick leaveβ€”because your rest matters.
  • A competitive compensation that truly reflects your skills and expertise.
  • Employee referral bonus and gifts to celebrate your special occasions.
  • 50% financial support for learning expenses to supercharge your professional growth!
  • A positive atmosphere where you always feel respected and truly belong.
  • Inspirational team-building activities that turn colleagues into best friends.
  • Wellness benefits: We’ll support your sports passions, from yoga classes to gym memberships.
  • Co-working space reimbursement to save your nerves from always working from home :)
