Client Growth Manager
We аre looking for a Client Growth Manager for the international product IT company, which provides a full-stack package of complex AdTech solutions for digital advertisers, publishers and ad agencies worldwide.
The company develops white-label platforms for enterprise clients—custom turnkey solutions to automate and optimize digital advertising.
Company products: SSP, DSP, Ad Exchange platforms.
Main markets - Tier 1-2
Team: Team Lead, Business Analysts, Technical Support (reactive support), Client Growth Managers (proactive support) — 6 people.
Locations/Offices - Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Mykolaiv or remote.

Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in Ad Tech (DSP, SSP, programmatic ecosystem) - must
- Experience with the oRTB protocol.
- Еxperience in Сustomer Success, Account Management, or consulting, working specifically with high-touch, enterprise-level customers.
- Background in marketing, management, or communication roles is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills ( С1).
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Solid analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, detect patterns or anomalies, and form actionable hypotheses; daily work involves analyzing data across multiple platforms.
- Strong skills in client interaction, able to build trust and professional relationships with client teams. Additional Information
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted growth partner for clients of varying business sizes, ensuring alignment with their goals and long-term success.
- Lead structured weekly or bi-weekly performance calls and semi-annual strategy sessions, presenting insights, aligning on priorities, sharing best practices, and defining next steps to drive growth and measurable business results.
- Help clients connect their goals and challenges with the solutions we provide.
- Ensure clients are satisfied with our product/service through proactive support and communication.
- Continuously monitor and analyze client platform performance to identify revenue growth opportunities, performance gaps, and proactively translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating closely with Product, Business Analysis, and - Development teams to drive relevant features and optimizations.
- Maintain a strong results-driven mindset, focusing on measurable client outcomes. - Actively contribute to the Client Service team by identifying process improvements, enhancing documentation, and supporting the implementation of new workflows.
