Our ideal candidate:

• Loves games.
• Has experience as a User Acquisition Manager in product IT companies.
• Has experience working with advertising networks (AppLovin, Mintegral, Unity, Google, Meta, TikTok ...).
• Is proactive, eager to learn, and success-oriented.
• Is ready for new challenges;
• Is familiar with various digital marketing channels.
• Has some work experience in a product game or app development company.

Main responsibilities:

• Creation and implementation of UA strategies and scaling advertising channels
• Involvement in the creation and testing of advertising creatives.
• Running and optimizing advertising campaigns.
• Initiating and conducting tests, as well as testing hypotheses.
• Collaboration with product and creative teams.
