About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and curious Sales Development Representative.
Your main goal is to find the right companies, reach out to them, and start meaningful conversations.
You will work with potential clients, test different messages, and help generate new business opportunities.

What you'll do:
- Find and research B2B companies (our target audience);
- Identify decision-makers (Engineers, DevOps, Founders);
- Send personalized messages via LinkedIn and email;
- Start conversations and qualify leads;
- Book meetings for the sales team;
- Work with CRM and update data;
- Test different outreach messages (A/B testing);
- Improve your approach based on results.
You and your skills:
- 2-3 year of experience in SDR / Lead Generation / Sales;
- Good written English (B1โB2);
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools;
- Solid experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.);
- Understanding of B2B sales;
- Organized and result-oriented.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with B2B or tech product companies;
- Basic understanding of AI or SaaS;
- Experience with data cleaning and automation.
