Data Researcher

We are looking for a Data Researcher to join our team. This is a research and data role.
Your main goal is to find the right companies and contacts, and prepare high-quality lead lists for outreach. You will not do sales calls or close deals.
Your job is to support the SDR by providing accurate and relevant data.

Your Responsibilities:
 

• Find companies that match our target audience;
• Build and update lead lists (focus on quality);
• Find the right contacts (Engineers, DevOps, Founders);
• Enrich data (emails, LinkedIn, company info);
• Check and clean data in CRM;
• Use tools for scraping and data enrichment;
• Support outreach by preparing ready-to-use lead lists.

You and your skills:
 

• 2-3 years of experience in data research or similar role;
• Experience with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.);
• Good written English (B1+);
• Attention to details and accuracy;
• Experience with Google Sheets or CRM.

Nice to have:
 

• Experience working with B2B or tech product companies ;
• Basic understanding of AI or SaaS;
• Experience with data cleaning and automation.

What success looks like:
 

• High-quality and accurate lead lists;
• Relevant contacts for outreach;
• Clean and well-structured data in CRM;
• Support for SDR team to book meetings.
