UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who will play a key role in shaping product experience, influencing product decisions, and driving measurable impact on user engagement and revenue.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end UX/UI design across key product areas — from discovery to final UI
• Product structure, user flows, and interaction logic
• Continuous UX improvements based on data, research, and user behavior
• Development and evolution of a scalable design system
• Design quality and consistency across web and mobile platforms

What You’ll Do

🔹 Product & UX Strategy

• Conduct deep competitor and market analysis
• Identify growth opportunities and UX bottlenecks
• Drive UX decisions based on user behavior, data, and product goals
• Participate in product discovery and ideation

🔹 Design Execution

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
• Design responsive, scalable interfaces (web & mobile)
• Work with advanced Figma features (components, variables, design systems)
• Deliver pixel-perfect, developer-ready designs

🔹 Data-Driven Approach

• Work closely with Product Managers and analysts
• Use product metrics (conversion, retention, engagement) to inform design decisions
• Validate hypotheses through testing and iteration

🔹 Collaboration & Ownership

• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams
• Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale
• Take ownership of design solutions and their impact on the business

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design (product-focused)
• Experience in iGaming (or other high-load, conversion-driven products)
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variables, design systems)
• Experience designing complex user flows and scalable interfaces
• Ability to think in terms of product metrics and business impact
• Understanding of development processes and close collaboration with engineers
