About the role

We are a high-tech defense company at the forefront of innovation, is looking for an Account Specialist.

This is a unique opportunity to join a team working on projects of strategic importance for the countryโ€™s defense. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, providing proactive support, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

 

Requirements and qualifications

  • 6+ month of experience in account management, sales support, or customer success;
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset;
  • Experience working with CRM systems;
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
  • English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher;

     

What will you be doing?

  • Manage and develop relationships with clients;
  • Handle incoming client requests and provide timely support;
  • Assist in processing orders, quotes, invoices, and related documentation;
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support);
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues;
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems;
  • Prepare reports on client activity and performance.
