Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle accounting
• Financial & tax reporting
• Work with QuickBooks / Zoho (або аналог)
• Payments & reconciliations
• Cash flow control
• COGS / inventory tracking

• Support audits / documentation

   

Requirements:

• 2+ years in Accounting / Finance
• Experience with US or EU companies
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (впевнене ведення таблиць, звітів, фінансових файлів)
• Experience with accounting systems (QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.)
• Understanding of COGS (собівартості) та принципів її розрахунку
• Strong understanding of P&L (Profit & Loss) та фінансової структури прибутків/витрат
• Ability to build, analyze and maintain Cash Flow reports
• Understanding of core business finance logic: revenue, expenses, margin, profitability
• English: B1+ (reading/writing, basic communication)

• Self-driven, structured, detail-oriented

   

Nice to have:

• Experience in product / e-commerce / hardware companies
• Understanding of US taxation basics

• Experience building processes from scratch
