Financial Accountant (US / International Accounting)

We are looking for a hands-on Financial Accountant who can take ownership of accounting operations, financial reporting, and daily finance processes within the company.

Important:

We are specifically looking for candidates with practical experience in US/international accounting processes and accounting systems such as QuickBooks or Zoho.

Unfortunately, we are not considering candidates without this background.

You will be the only Financial Accountant in the company and will own daily accounting operations and financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle accounting
• Financial & tax reporting
• AP/AR operations
• Payments & reconciliations
• Month-end closing
• Cash Flow control
• Work with QuickBooks / Zoho / accounting systems
• COGS / inventory tracking
• Support audits and financial documentation

• Control and systematization of finance processes

   

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Accounting / Finance
• Practical experience with US or international / US-oriented companies
• Practical experience with QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar accounting systems
• Hands-on experience with reconciliations, P&L, Cash Flow, AP/AR, and month-end closing
• Understanding of COGS, profitability, and financial reporting logic
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• English B1+ for work communication

• Self-driven, structured, detail-oriented mindset

   

Nice to have:

• Experience in product / e-commerce / hardware companies
• Experience with inventory accounting

• Experience building finance processes from scratch
