Our team is looking for a Technical Writer!
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in IT (experience with API or developer-oriented products is highly preferred).
- Hands-on experience with API documentation (REST, GraphQL, or similar).
- Deep understanding of API integration processes, including authentication, endpoints, request/response structures, and error handling.
- Experience in optimizing documentation for developer experience (structure, clear examples, and use cases).
- Proficiency with documentation tools: Docusaurus, Swagger / OpenAPI, Postman / Insomnia, Markdown, and Git.
- Fundamental technical knowledge: HTTP, JSON, APIÂ calls, and CLI.
- English Level: Intermediate+Â / Upper-Intermediate (B2+).
- Strong technical writing skills in English with the ability to communicate effectively with an international team.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and maintain technical documentation for the API and the core product (including internal system guides and client-facing instructions).
- Adapt API documentation for AI integration and compatibility.
- Optimize documentation to ensure seamless integration for third-party developers.
- Create clear code snippets, request/response examples, and detailed use case scenarios.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and Product Managers to gather technical requirements.
- Structure and standardize documentation to maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Audit technical content for accuracy, relevance, and clarity.
Additional Scope:
- Review, test, and validate documentation before publication.
- Manage documentation via Git workflow, making updates directly in the repository.
- Improve Documentation UX, focusing on navigation, searchability, and overall readability.
Nice to Have:
- Experience implementing AI assistants within documentation (agents, plugins, etc.).
- Experience working with Developer Portals.
- Understanding of SDKs and detailed integration guides.
- Basic knowledge of a programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
