What You Will Do Funnel Creation & Growth Execution
- Own and launch end-to-end marketing funnels — from strategy to live traffic (landing pages, advertorials, email sequences)
- Independently structure and optimize pages for conversion, not just execute tasks
- Run hypothesis-driven experiments and iterate based on real performance data
- Take full ownership of funnel performance across multiple markets
Market Intelligence & Insights
- Lead deep-dive research into global Health & Fitness markets
- Systematically break down competitors’ funnels, offers, and messaging — and turn insights into growth levers
- Develop clear frameworks for what drives conversions and why
- Proactively bring market insights to the team without being asked
Performance & Optimization
- Work confidently with CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV — and know which lever to pull when
- Identify funnel bottlenecks and own the fixes end-to-end
- Design and run A/B tests independently, analyze results, and scale winners
- Build performance reports that drive decisions, not just track numbers
Product Marketing & Strategy
- Contribute to product launch strategy — positioning, ICP definition, offer structure
- Build and validate growth hypotheses across US and European markets
- Work cross-functionally with content, paid, and product teams
- Help define what to scale — and what to kill
Who We’re Looking For
- English: B2+ (mandatory)
- 2+ years in digital marketing — funnels, performance, or growth
- Proven track record of launching and optimizing funnels that converted
- Solid grasp of funnel metrics — you don’t just read dashboards, you act on them
- Hands-on experience with landing page builders and CRO tools
- Structured thinker who can move from insight to execution fast
- Comfortable working with ambiguity — you figure things out, not wait for instructions
- Ready to own outcomes, not just deliverables
