Product Manager (Hardware/IoT)

About the role:

We’re looking for a Product Manager who can keep things moving across teams and make sure product decisions actually turn into shipped results.

You won’t own the entire product end-to-end — hardware is developed by a US-based team — but you’ll play a key role in connecting the dots between hardware, software, and business.

This role is about alignment, execution, and good judgment: understanding trade-offs, keeping everyone on the same page, and pushing things forward without unnecessary overhead.

You’ll work напрямую with US stakeholders, so being clear, concise, and comfortable in day-to-day communication is essential.

What you’ll do:
• Own delivery and roadmap for software and product integration areas
• Work closely with the US hardware team to align on priorities, timelines, and dependencies
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements
• Keep cross-functional teams aligned and moving forward
• Identify risks early (especially around hardware dependencies) and manage them proactively
• Make pragmatic decisions and trade-offs to keep delivery on track
• Support B2B product direction and go-to-market efforts
• Improve how the team works — but only where it actually adds value

What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner
• Experience working with hardware or IoT products

• Experience working with US stakeholders or distributed teams
• Strong English — natural, conversational, and to the point
• Ability to communicate clearly without overcomplicating things
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete data

• Background in startups or fast-moving environments
