Marketing Director
We are looking for a strategic and client-oriented Marketing Director who will take ownership of our marketing direction, shape scalable service offerings, and drive measurable business growth.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, including strategic or leadership roles.
- Proven experience in building and scaling marketing strategies.
- Experience working directly with clients, including leading strategy discussions and presenting solutions.
- Ability to forecast marketing results and translate marketing activities into business outcomes (leads, revenue, growth).
- Strong analytical thinking and structured decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 or higher) โ must-have.
- Confidence in working with international clients (US market experience is a strong plus).
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to operate independently and take full responsibility for outcomes.
- Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, event setup, and analytics using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals (both technical and content aspects).
- Experience with CRM systems (ActiveCollab, HubSpot, or similar).
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals and growth targets.
- Analyze our client base and identify high-potential marketing directions (e.g., PPC, SEO, lifecycle marketing, etc.).
- Develop and package service offerings based on market demand and client needs.
- Forecast expected results (traffic, leads, conversions) and timelines for different strategies.
- Act as a strategic point of contact for clients.
- Oversee execution at a high level, ensuring performance and alignment across channels.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to connect marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Establish processes for tracking, reporting, and continuous optimization.
- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, channels, and tools.
