About us:

Farsight Vision converts flight footage into digital 2D and 3D twins for real-time intelligence in GNSS-denied environment, making analytics and situational awareness convenient and accessible while saving time and effort. We create multi-layered digital twins of terrain with dynamic tracking and object/landscape monitoring and predicting.

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to support our Recruiting team in executing search and attracting top-tier engineers capable of building innovative products for the defense sector. This role is ideal for someone who is result-oriented, tenacious, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced startup tech environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from defining job profiles with Hiring Managers to offer negotiation and pre-onboarding coordination.
  • Identify and engage talents in specialized niches such as Embedded Systems, Robotics, Computer Vision, AI/ML.
  • Proficiency in specific sourcing tools and techniques: LinkedIn Advanced Search, X-Ray, Stackoverflow, Github, specialized technical communities, veteran associations, and engineering forums.
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate alignment with company values (mission-driven mindset, resilience, and commitment to high-responsibility projects) and a technical background check.
  • Maintain a high standard of communication, providing constructive feedback and enhancing the employer brand.
  • Building and monitoring a robust talent pipeline for critical roles to ensure long-term hiring success.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years in technical recruiting (prior experience in Software Engineering positions, Robotics, or Embedded systems is a significant advantage).
  • Mastery of advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-Ray) to identify “hidden” talent who may not have active or public LinkedIn profiles.
  • Sharp analytical skills to monitor competitor movements and provide insights on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and Upper-Intermediate (B2) English for international networking and technical documentation.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with shifting priorities and urgent hiring needs.
  • Experience with maintaining and ownership of analytics.

  • Solid understanding of the MilTech market, defense sector specifics, and key industry players.
  • Previous experience in technical product companies.
  • An existing network of contacts among R&D specialists and defense engineers.
